Hydraulic System

• Equipped with FUSHI 225-5 hydraulic cylinder, featuring a maximum cylinder diameter of up to 225mm with 5 extension stages.
• Integrated PTO hydraulic drive system directly mounted to the gearbox flange (without Cardan shaft), allowing easier installation, improved stability, and more efficient operation compared to conventional PTO systems.

Cargo Body System

With years of manufacturing and design experience from FUSHI combined with VIMID’s deep understanding of the Vietnamese market, both parties developed a reinforced U-shaped dump body featuring embossed ribs and reinforced side supports for improved anti-bulging performance, faster unloading, lighter tare weight, fuel savings, and higher operational efficiency.

Material: High-strength NM450Tuf steel for enhanced rigidity, larger cargo volume, and superior anti-deformation capability.

The side panels are designed with 11 folded reinforcement ribs to optimize rigidity and prevent bulging while allowing materials to flow more smoothly during unloading, minimizing sticking and blockage.

Suitable for transporting a wide range of cargoes, especially sticky materials.

Chassis System

• Main beams are welded using submerged arc gantry welding technology, ensuring consistent and reliable weld quality.
• Chassis, floor, and side panels are robot-welded to significantly improve weld precision and overall product quality.
• Main chassis flange width upgraded from 140 mm to 150 mm for improved torsional resistance.
• Goose-neck section reinforced with dual-layer strengthening from the front section to the landing gear area, enhancing load-bearing capacity, anti-deformation, and anti-torsion performance.
