SUNHUNK U-Shape Dump Semi-Trailer – 8.1 Tons (Europe Version)

SUNHUNK U-Shape Dump Semi-Trailer – 8.1 Tons (Europe Version) equipped with 12R22.5 tires is a newly developed product jointly researched and designed by VIMID and SUNHUK. Featuring an attractive exterior, robust structure, and many outstanding improvements, this trailer offers exceptional load-bearing capability and high payload capacity, meeting the demands of transporting heavy materials such as soil, rocks, sand, ore, and large volumes of construction materials.

With its spacious cargo body, reinforced frame structure, and impressive carrying capacity, the SUNHUK 8100 is an ideal investment for customers seeking a durable, powerful, and stable dump semi-trailer for long-term operation.

Hydraulic System

The trailer is equipped with an HCTM 202-5 hydraulic cylinder system, featuring:

• Maximum cylinder diameter up to 202 mm
• 5-stage telescopic cylinder
• Maximum lifting stroke of 6,700 mm

Cargo Body System

Combining SUNHUK’s extensive manufacturing and design experience with VIMID’s deep understanding of the Vietnamese market, both companies developed a specially engineered cargo body structure featuring multiple reinforcement folds. These reinforced ribs significantly improve load-bearing capability.

The enlarged rear body design allows faster and smoother unloading, ensuring safer cargo discharge while reducing the risk of trailer rollover.

Cargo Body Specifications

• Internal body length: 8,600 mm
• Width: 2,360 mm
• Height: 1,330 mm

The U-shaped cargo body structure features:

• 3 mm side walls
• 3 mm floor plate
• High-strength NM450Tuf steel

This design increases body width, improves structural rigidity, and effectively prevents body deformation. Cargo body volume reaches up to 24 m³.

Structural Design

• G-shaped crossbeam structure with excellent anti-torsion capability
• Standard high-strength steel plates and wear-resistant plates, extending service life up to twice as long

Tipping Shaft System

• 127 mm tipping shaft diameter
• Full-length shaft design for more stable lifting and lowering operations
• Wide-body assembled tipping shaft with multiple large bolts for easier maintenance and enhanced long-term durability

Rear Door Design

The newly designed rear gate features a curved profile that disperses concentrated stress forces, reducing deformation and increasing service life.
