U-TRUCK Customer Appreciation Program – Three Complimentary Scheduled Maintenance Services for HOWO TS7 Buyers
CUSTOMER APPRECIATION PROGRAM ANNOUNCEMENT
Pursuant to the terms of the “Customer Appreciation Program” announced by Vietnam Machine Investment Development Joint Stock Company (VIMID), Vietnam Truck Community Joint Stock Company (U-TRUCK) hereby announces the implementation of the Program for our valued customers as follows:
Eligible Customers
The Program applies to customers who purchased a TS7 460 / TS7-E 460 / TS7-H 460 tractor unit equipped with a single-reduction drive axle, distributed by VIMID or U-TRUCK with a sales invoice issued from June 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026.
The Program does not apply to vehicles invoiced before June 1, 2026.
Program Validity
The Program is valid for 12 months from the date the Vehicle Handover Record is signed and the Seller issues the sales invoice to the Buyer.
Participating Service Locations
The Program is available at VIMID service workshops and/or authorized VIMID dealers nationwide.
Program Benefits
Eligible customers will receive complimentary inspection and scheduled maintenance labor, consumables, and replacement parts for the 40,000 km, 60,000 km, and 80,000 km service intervals, as detailed below.

The total value of the three complimentary scheduled maintenance services is VND 20,232,000 (Twenty million two hundred and thirty-two thousand Vietnamese dong).
Terms and Conditions
To remain eligible for the Program benefits, customers must comply with all of the following conditions:
- The vehicle must be brought to an official U-TRUCK service center for inspection and scheduled maintenance at the prescribed intervals.
- All preceding scheduled maintenance services must have been completed within the required timeframe or mileage interval, subject to a tolerance of ±5,000 km. Compliance with this requirement is mandatory for the customer to remain eligible for subsequent Program benefits.
- Program benefits cannot be converted into cash or exchanged for any other benefits, products, or services.
- Scheduled maintenance services must be performed at the mileage intervals recommended by the manufacturer, with a maximum permissible deviation of ±5,000 km from each prescribed service milestone. If a vehicle exceeds a prescribed service milestone by more than 5,000 km, the customer will be responsible for all associated maintenance costs. If a vehicle exceeds a prescribed service milestone by more than 20,000 km without undergoing the required maintenance, all remaining Program benefits will be forfeited.
